- Hỗ trợ tổ chức LEAN bằng cách phát triển nền tảng quy trình vững chắc và tính toàn vẹn của dữ liệu đểhỗ trợ cải tiến quy trình thông qua tổ chức.
- Xác định các hướng dẫn làm việc trong quá trình thử nghiệm sản phẩm liên tục để duy trì và cải tiến nó trong quá trình sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Làm việc với quản lý chuyền Sản xuất và Chất lượng để xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề trong quá trình vận hành hàng ngày, nghiên cứu và tìm ra nguyên nhân gốc rễcủa các vấn đề và xác định các giải pháp để ngăn chặn chúng tái diễn.
- Thực hiện theo hướng dẫn công việc sau đó đào tạo lại cho công nhân vận hành trong dây chuyền.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp / Cơ điện tử/ Điện tử.
- Kinh nghiệm từ 1-3 năm vị trí tương đương (hiện tại chỉ đi ca hành chính từ 7h30-16h00);
- Có thể làm việc theo ca nếu được yêu cầu;
- Có tư duy logic và làm việc chăm chỉ.
- **Vị trí này sẽ làm việc tại KCN Đại Đăng, Thủ Dầu Một, Bình Dương. Có xe đưa đón từ TPHCM, Biên Hòa, Bình Dương. **_
