**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via social media, PPC campaigns, SEO, and other potential platforms.
- Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.
- Analyze, optimize website performance with Website Development Department to increase conversions and improve user experience.
- Work closely with Marketing Executive and Designers to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research in needed to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.
