**Job Description**:
Business Development Representative (BDR) to act as the research accelerator to our sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by researching potential company contacts and developing plans to build relationships with potential customers

10% of the role is to qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

90% of the role is to build and manage an outbound pipeline from scratch

**Key responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting and revenue goals
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Customize services solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 3 years working in global business, SaaS/Software is a plus
- Proven work experience in a fast paced goal oriented environment
- Track record of achieving key sales metrics quotas
- Familiarity with SalesForce, SalesLoft, or Outreach
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse and cross-functional team
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
