JOB REQUIREMENTS

Hard skills:

- At least 3 years’ experience working as a C# developer in commercial projects.
- Knowledge of fundamental data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with Dapper or Entity Framework.
- Unit testing with xUnit or NUnit.
- Understanding of S.O.L.I.D. principles.
- Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.

Soft skills:

- English B1+
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently when required.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving requirements.

Nice to have:

- PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
- TDD.
- Experience with the Fintech field.
- Knowledge of frontend essentials (HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience in performance optimization.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Flexible working regime and health care:

- Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00 - 9:00 to 17:30 - 18:30)
- Minimum 14 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation
- 01-day remote work per month
- A flexitime allowance of 90-180 minutes per month for employees
