Account Manager, Corporate Risk & Broking
- Ha Noi,

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively build, maintaining and strengthen client relationship
- Be responsible for maintaining and developing client portfolio, market observations and product development
- Do analysis of client needs and market avaliability to provide technical consulting service in various, however, mainly Property & Casualty lines of insurances
- Enhance existing coverage with respect to contract quality and efficiently consult on new lines of insurance to respond to risks inherent in business activities of the client
- Monitor, implement client visit schedules; handling their complaints and be proactive in getting support from superiors
- Proactively find new business and build up own database of potential client information
- Lead specific projects, establish their course, create plan, define term, identify the major project milestones and resources
- Handle efficiently clients requests in relations to insurances.
- Ensure sales and service activities in compliance with the Company requirements (RMA reports, sales analysis, procedures, regulations )
- Support Accounting Department in premium collection
- Cooperate with Claim Department to ensure client satisfaction in claim settlement
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and the Company

**The Requirements**
- University degree
- Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
- At least eight (8) years experience in insurance market with broker or insurer
- High integrity, good communication and problem-solving skills
- Well client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills plus selling skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Fluent English & Vietnamese
