Planogram Supervisor

**Job Purpose**:

- Designate the trendy, fresh and attractive display concept to increase the sales of category and create excitements for customers, easily finding the products on shelves.

**Job accountabilities**:

- Prepare the planogram (product display diagram) for each category and store by Spaceman software
- Standardize the display concept by category for the whole store chain
- Analyze the sales and designate the shopping decision tree by each category
- Evaluate the effectiveness of planogram every 6 months and refresh the look
- Collaborate with Category team to develop planograms and commitment with suppliers about the display if any
- Manage the merchandising layouts and other supportive documents
- Other assignments from Line Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- 2-year working experience in planogram, visual merchandising or similar functions
- College or university graduated
- Good command of computer skills
- Effective communication in English and Vietnamese
- Detailed, proactive and business-oriented
- Experience in spaceman software is preferred
