**Position Summary/**_Tóm lược về vị trí:_**

Building warehouse processes according to the general criteria and regulations of the Corporate. Responsible for coordinating all works and employees of the warehouse department to ensure the correct quantity and time of import and export of goods. Ensuring that inventory between the system and reality is accurate. Responsible for responding to customers and auditors about warehouse department issues. Contactingrelevant departments in the factory as well as in the Corporate to handle arising issues related to goods and warehouses.
- Xây dựng quy trình kho theo tiêu chí và quy định chung của tập đoàn. Chịu trách nhiệm điều phối toàn bộ công việc và công nhân viên của bộ phận kho để đảm bảo việc nhập xuất hàng đúng số lượng, đúng thời gian. Đảm bảo tồn kho giữa hệ thống và thực tế là chính xác. Chịu trách nhiệm đối ứng với khách hàng, auditor về các vấn đề của bộ phận kho. Liên hệ với các bộ phận trong nhà máy cũng như trong tập đoàn ở nước ngoài để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến hàng hóa, kho bãi. _

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities/**_Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm chủ yếu:_**

1. Based on the actual situation of the factory, designing the layout of goods to ensure the storage standards of goods and maximize the scientific use of space for easy counting and management.
- Dựa theo thực tế của nhà máy thiết kế lay out sắp xếp hàng hóa đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn lưu trữ của hàng hóa và tận dụng tối đa diện tích một cách khoa học dễ dàng kiểm đếm và quản lý._

2. Arranging human resources to arrange daily work for warehouse operators.

Sắp xếp nhân lực bố trí công việc hằng ngày cho công nhân kho.

3. _Weekly updating of inventory reports in realtime and giving warnings to Material Control when the inventory limit exceeds the regulations._
- Hàng tuần cập nhật báo cáo số lượng tồn theo thời gian thực tế và đưa ra cảnh báo cho MC khi hạn mức tồn vượt quá quy định._

4. Training and guiding warehouse workers and handling issues related to human resources in the department.
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ cho công nhân viên kho đồng thời xử lý những vấn đề liên quan đến nhân sự trong bộ phận._

5. Monitoring forecasted export and import goods to arrange human resources and work.
- Theo dõi hàng dự báo hàng xuất và nhập để bố trí nhân lực và sắp sếp công việc._

6. _Contacting other departments such as CS, MDM, ME, FPM C&L on issues related to export goods._
- Liên hệ với các bộ phận khác như CS, MDM, ME, FPM C&L những vấn đề liên quan đến xuất hàng._

7. Directly responding to customers and auditors on issues related to the warehouse department.

Trực tiếp đối ứng khách hàng, auditor về các vấn đề liên quan bộ phận kho.

8. Other tasks as assigned by General Manager.
- Các công việc khác theo phân công của hợp lý của cấp trên._

**Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience/**_Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm:_**

1. Warehouse experience over 3 years.
- Có kinh nghiệm trên 3 năm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương._

2. Good office and presentation skills (MS Office).
- Kỹ năng máy tính và thuyết trình tốt._

**Education, Licenses & Certification/**_Giáo dục, Bằng cấp & Chứng nhận:_**

1. College graduation or above.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên._

2. Good management, communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Khả năng quản lý, giao tiếp, thuyết trình và làm việc theo nhóm tốt._

3. Good command of English/Chinese.
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh/tiếng Trung Quốc tốt. _

**Work Conditions/**_Điều kiện làm việc_**

1. 48hours per week.
- 8 giờ/ ngày, 48 giờ/ tuần._

2. To be busy and work in high pressure environment.
- Bận rộn và làm việc dưới áp lức công việc cao._

3. Usually work in a good environment, cool air-conditioner.
