**SUMMARY**:
As a **Senior AI & Backend Developer for eCommerce**, you will have the opportunity to deliver compelling technical solutions, taking ownership of significant parts of our AI-driven WowSuite platform: wowsuite.ai Your role will involve using numerous coding languages, with a primary focus on backend development using C#, JavaScript, T-SQL/NoSQL, and MongoSB. Experience in transactional efficiency is a big plus.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Lead Development for CXwow and FirstContact AI**: Spearhead the development of new features and improvements for our marquee software, CXwow, and our AI solution, FirstContact AI. Use your strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, web frameworks like ASP.NET and Node.js, and web service technologies such as SOAP and REST to drive innovation.
- **Establish Integrations**: Establish and maintain integrations between various WowSuite software and external platforms such as Shopify, PayPal, and Amazon. Leverage your understanding of API development and consumption, as well as your experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Developing AJAX interfaces with AJAX libraries and frameworks.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Coordinate with business-level decision-makers and other cross-functional personnel to align development efforts with business goals and user needs. Use your understanding of software development processes like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
**C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, and NoSQL**: 4+ years of experience in these programming languages and database query languages. This should include a solid understanding of syntax, best practices, and advanced features.

**Web Service Technologies**: Solid understanding of web service technologies including SOAP, HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST.

**Data Structure and OOP**: Strong knowledge of data structures (like arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, and graphs) and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction.

**SPA Frameworks**: Knowledge of Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks with React.

**ORM Tools**: Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools like ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and NHibernate.

**SQL and NoSQL Databases**: Knowledge of SQL databases like SQL Server, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

**Caching Solutions**: Knowledge of caching solutions like Redis, and Memcached.

**Searching Solutions**: Knowledge of search platforms like ElasticSearch.
