A pioneering tech start-up, specializing in staff augmentation for clients who are building the "Tech of the Future," is seeking a Solution Architect to become a vital part of their dynamic team. In this role, your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's success, providing you with the chance to make a real difference in the world.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Solution Architect, you will**:

- Lead solution-driven discussions for Digital and Data Products.
- Prepare product architecture deliverables and create conceptual product architecture views.
- Ensure target state architecture alignment is cognizant of the Digital and Data business capability needs.
- Conduct analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities.
- Review, analyse, and evaluate ideas, projects, and opportunities to develop new products, new technologies, and business models.
- Translate technical objectives/deliverables into a project plan.
- Coach and mentor engineers in architecture best practices.
- Regularly present the latest architectural decisions and direction to the Product Development team.
- Develop new product or feature prototypes for proof of concept (POC).

**Qualifications**:

- Solid Computer Science fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a Full Stack developer with hands-on experience in technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, NextJS, Typescript, Golang, Python, Java, Kotlin, Android, Graphql, Elasticsearch, Redis, Distributed Computing.
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
- Experience with business analysis and process impact analysis.
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university.
- Ability to work within the GMT+8 time zone.
