We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work with us on building the best private market solutions for fund managers, investors and all other stakeholders to get the streamlined and efficient experience they deserve. In this role you will work closely with a variety of teams to convert problems into impactful products, uncovering true pain and their implications to fuel the innovation of the Anduin product development team.
- Work closely with Product Owner to understand product vision, priorities, and roadmaps. Manage product backlog.
- Work with customer-facing teams to perform requirements analysis and develop a deep understanding of customers' goals & problems.
- Convert business requirements into functional product designs.
- Work with business and development teams to ensure appropriate scope to produce impactful, fast-paced releases. Evaluate and define the implications of changes.
- Verify that teams understand the product requirements and objectives to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Define features’ success metrics and monitor their evolution.
- Produce efficient product requirements documentation to ensure smooth development and propagate knowledge throughout the organization.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain good transparency by producing meeting minutes, anticipating issues & informing stakeholders of any roadblocks.
- Ensure qualitative deliverables by running pre-development walkthroughs and post-development tests.
- Regularly test the product to maintain a good understanding and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Data Analysts to get quantitative insights on the platform usage, identify trends and inform prioritization.

**Job Qualifications**
- At least 2 years in business analysis.
- Excellent English communication.
- Advanced documentation and communication skills.
- Strong curiosity, and logical and analytical thinking.
- Knowledgeable or experienced in Agile environment,
- Experience in working in technology-enabled change programs/projects, and software development.
- Experience in working with UI/UX designers.
- Understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas is a plus
- Professional certificates in Business Analysis is a plus
