**Job summary**:

**Responsibilities**:
1. Achieving Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

2. Sales and Business Development Activities:

- Conducts cold calling, marketing, and sales activities to generate leads in collaboration with the Thread and Digital Sales teams.
- Qualifies leads using Digital’s BANT criteria and develops closing strategies based on the sales process.
- Manages all business development activities, including market research, strategic planning, networking, lead generation, partnership/alliance exploration, and customer relationship management.

3. Proactive Pipeline Management:

- Implements a comprehensive lead generation strategy using digital marketing channels.
- Develops clear BANT criteria for lead qualification and utilizes lead scoring.
- Utilizes CRM and sales software for lead and opportunity management.
- Analyzes the sales funnel, conducts regular follow-ups, and performs lead segmentation.

4. Collaboration with Other Teams:

- Works closely with Solution Consulting and Customer Success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conducts regular meetings with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

5. Collaboration with Marketing:

- Develops joint strategies with marketing, defining target audiences and ideal customer profiles.
- Plans and hosts events, coordinates logistics and tracks lead performance metrics.

6. Customer Relationship Building:

- Builds strong relationships with leads by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Offers exceptional customer service during the pre-sales phase to establish trust.

7. Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities:

- Works closely with Solution Consulting and Customer Success teams to identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conducts regular meetings to brainstorm ideas for generating upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

8. Collaboration with Other Teams: Collaborates with other teams such as Professional Service, Support, and Marketing to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

9. Marketing Activities:

- Participates in joint strategy development meetings with marketing.
- Plans and hosts events, coordinating logistics and staffing.
- Collaborates on lead tracking methods and regularly reviews performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- This role involves proactive sales and business development, effective pipeline management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and close coordination with marketing to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

**Experience requirements**:

- Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated achievements and experience in sales, with a preference for the fashion and apparel manufacturing industry in Cambodia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets exceeding USD $1M in Cambodia.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Resourceful with a determined mindset for success.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, including the ability to propose effective solutions for clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Khmer and English.
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion and apparel manufacturing process in Cambodia, encompassing product development, sourcing, and production.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software solutions, such as PLM, ERP, and MES in Cambodia.
- Good organizational skills, capable of coordinating internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance, demonstrating proactivity and adaptability in handling uncertainty.
- "Can do" attitude and a positive mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Cambodia as required for industry events and client meetings.
