**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Nhận kế hoạch sản xuất và triển khai xuống các nhà cung cấp đã được duyệt để tiến hành sản xuất.
- Theo dõi tình trạng của đơn hàng từ đầu đến khi nhận hàng về kho Công ty đảm bảo hàng nhập về kho theo đúng kế hoạch.
- Theo dõi và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh ( nếu có) trong suốt quá trình sản xuất. Báo cáo kịp thời các sự cố về chất lượng, kỹ thuật của sản phẩm.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng và tiến độ các mã hàng của các đơn vị gia công
- Khai thác, tìm kiếm mở rộng các nhà máy sản xuất hàng may mặc tùy theo yêu cầu của Công ty: CMT, FOB, ODM, CMPT. Đánh giá năng lực và duy trì mối quan hệ với các nhà cung cấp.
- Khai thác, tìm kiếm nguồn nguyên phụ liệu, phụ kiện trong và ngoài nước để phát triển sản phảm mới.
- Thực hiện tốt các yêu cầu về kiểm định tiêu chuẩn chất lượng KCS
- Báo cáo tiến độ đơn hàng hàng ngày với cấp trên
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành công nghệ may mặc, thương mại, ngôn ngữ, kinh tế, xuất nhập khẩu, tài chính,
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực May mặc
- Có kinh nghiệm về Lập kế hoạch sản xuất, kỹ năng đàm phán, giải quyết vấn đề.
- Kỹ năng phân tích và ra quyết định tốt
- Có khả năng làm việc tốt dưới áp lực cao và tuân thủ dealine công việc.
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, trung thực, tư cách đạo đức tốt.
