Title and Licensing Clerk

You will be one of the first hires to join the Vietnamese Operations for a startup and will help drive and deliver the company's vision. You have a strong sense of urgency and always want to achieve your goals. You are a self-starter and will pull up your sleeves when needed to accomplish tasks. You will help set the direction and establish the desired image and brand of the business in the market.

What You Will Do:

- Obtain and verify all required documents for vehicle titles and registrations, including bills of sale, titles, and lien releases
- Prepare and submit all required paperwork for title and registration to the appropriate state agencies
- Verify the accuracy of all paperwork and ensure that all necessary information is complete and correct
- Track the status of all title and registration requests and follow up with agencies and customers as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records of all title and registration requests and ensure that all records are properly stored and archived
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient processing of all title and registration requests
- Stay up-to-date on all state and federal regulations related to vehicle titling and registration, and ensure that our company complies with all requirements
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

What You Will Need:

- **Have automotive/moped experience.**:

- **Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own vehicle**:

- **English + Vietnamese bilingual is an asset - and locals are preferred**:

- 2+ years of experience in a title and licensing role in the automotive industry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to vehicle titling and registration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
