- Build and operate all activities of online securities brokerage business
- Advise the Board of Directors in the securities brokerage business strategy, focusing on online securities.

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:
1. Together with the Board of Directors, develop strategies for the environment business and service securities in line with TCBS' strategic vision.
2. Develop annual, 5-year business plans and development roadmap in the direction of focusing on customers, using technology as the core competitive strength.
3. Operate the entire operation of the securities business environment according to the standards only in terms of the number of customers, sales and profits assigned.
4. Develop an online securities trading network, online personal financial advisors to distribute securities, environmental products and other TCBS products.

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:
5. Promote cooperation programs with the Bank, strategic partners, programs to connect with partners, cross-sell programs to maximize the network of partners and customers.

8. Human resource management:
a. Responsible for the quality/quantity of personnel to ensure the performance of assigned tasks in each period
b. Training and coaching staff to ensure professional skills and knowledge to serve the business well.
c. Build and adjust the organizational structure/operational structure of the Unit in accordance with the specific work to promote the strength of the group and individuals in the organization.
d. Lead and orient the staff to accomplish the organization's goals.
e. Ensure objective and effective performance appraisal and recording.
f. Participating in internal training and teaching to improve staff capabiliti.
6. Perform other related tasks at the request of the CEO

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

Degree/Professional:

- Possess a master's degree or higher with majors in training: economics, finance, banking, foreign trade...
- Preferably have knowledge of Securities Brokerage and Information Technology
- Having a certificate of securities brokerage practice.

Experience
- Professional experience: Preferably having worked for more than 14 years in the fields of banking, securities, customer care in the areas of operation/product/customer service quality management
- Management experience: Preferably more than 10 years in management and administration.
- Business English standard proficiency as required for the role.
