**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the quality of products_
- Analyze manual test cases to clarify which parts can be automated.
- Develop/verify test cases using Selenium
- Execute test cases and analyze results to summarize the quality of system
- Communicate with other project stakeholders to ensure the quality of the functions/modules that you are assigned to
- Manage an automation test team including planning, estimation, reviewing source code, reviewing test results, reports

**Requirements**:

- [General requirements]_
- At least 2 years of experience in automation test development using Java
- Experienced in front-end programming languages like Javascript, typescript and HTML is preferable.
- Experienced in Selenium infrastructure: Selenium Web Driver, Selenium Grid
- Experience in the testing framework: JUnit5, TestNG
- Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar.
- Experience in Docker or VM is a plus
- Experience in leading an automation team is a plus.
- Experienced in management tools such as JIRA and Redmine.
- Logical thinking and Self-motivated & proactive.
- English skills: Good at reading, writing

- Have testing in the Web/Factory/IoT domain
- Have automation testing skills/experience
- Have software development skills/experience
- Have Japanese skill
- Good understanding of software development life cycle & common use software development process: CMMI, Agile
- Have ISTQB certificate
