Provide direction to Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants for preparation of Indian cuisine
Attend and participate in daily departmental briefings and other meetings as required
Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled
Suggest and prepare new dishes, write recipes.
Clean and re-set his/her working area, follow HACCP requirements
Health and Safety, Grooming, Quality, Hygiene and Cleanliness
Work with Supervisor in manpower planning and management needs
Prepare, cook, serve and store the dishes according to menu, follow FIFO
Plan menu with Executive chef / Executive Sous chef to support Restaurant and banquet operation
Support other kitchen's operations if needed
Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information

Accor hotel experience and worked more than 7 years in working in commercial kitchen.
Must have strong Indian cuisine experience.
Must know HACCP
Basic knowledge in Jain food, Vegan and Vegetarian food.
Speaks English
