Assistant to Head of HR

**Job description**:
- Develop regulations, rules and budgets
- Build a system of regulations, processes, regulations, and forms for the Company and supervise the implementation of those regulations.
- Develop and perfect regulations on evaluation and rewards.
- Plan and implement human resources strategy: Make recommendations to effectively promote human resources.
- Prepare budget for monthly and annual labor costs.
- Prepare internal reports and reports to external agencies
- Recruitment
- Make recruitment plans in accordance with the organization's strategy, manage the recruitment process.
- Develop orientation training materials for new employees. Plan to organize explanation sessions about the company's policies and regulations.
- Employee relations
- Propose projects to build good relationships with employees and the company
- Organize company-wide activities (company travel, employee meetings, etc.)
- Performance management, human resource development
- Support management in the process of managing employee performance.
- Provide solutions to reduce employee absenteeism and promote employee productivity
- Training and managing internal staff in the human resources and administration department: Setting goals, developing the capacity and performance of the human resources team in accordance with the department's goals.
- Plan, guide, direct and control the implementation of operations and actions of human resources and administrative staff.
- Make suggestions and improve the operations of staff in the department to bring high performance at work
- Policy and legal issues
- Regularly monitor amendments in labor-related laws and legal documents to propose timely amendments to human resources policies and procedures
- Responsible for working with legal consultants in legal cases related to human resources and other cases with direction from the Board of Directors.
- Understand the risks in operations, and make suggestions to improve processes and regulations
- Ensure all HR activities comply with laws and regulations, organizational policies and procedures.
- In the field of human resources
- Organize and manage data on human resource information, analyze, make statistics and update human resource data to support processes, procedures and decision making.
- Understand human resource operations, thereby guiding and controlling the performance of subordinate staff

+ Track timekeeping and calculate salaries
+ Carry out procedures for social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance
+ Carry out personal income tax procedures
+ And other human resources operations
- Administration
- Implement, guide and supervise HR-GA administrative work (inventory control of consumables, uniform allocation, management of company assets and equipment, welcoming guests...);
- Procedures related to foreigners
- Monitor operations related to food, water, vehicles, entering and exiting the factory...
- Manage exchange activities: weddings, fun, birthdays,...
- Translating and interpreting
- Interpret internal meetings, company meetings, and explanation sessions.
- Translate documents of the administrative and human resources department, and other documents as requested by superiors.
- Support translation and interpretation for other departments
**Requirements**:
- KNOWLEDGE - EXPERIENCE
- Graduated from University or above.
- Have 3 -5 years of working experience in human resources and administrative management positions at Japanese companies.
- Japanese communication level equivalent to N2-N1, especially communication, reading and writing text.
- English with reading comprehension ability.
- Understand clearly the Laws and regulations related to labor (including Vietnamese and foreign workers)
- Experience in dealing with and under high pressure at work
