R&D Manager sẽ chịu trách nhiệm cho việc phát triển tất cả các sản phẩm mới, giám sát các dự án sản xuất của công ty, làm việc chặt chẽ với bộ phận thiết kế và quản lý sản xuất để đảm bảo sản phẩm được làm ra theo đúng định hướng concept;
Chịu trách nhiệm thường xuyên, liên tục phát triển các quy trình của sản phẩm đảm bảo tạo ra được chất lượng vượt trội, cải thiện thời gian chu trình sản xuất;
Định vị phong cách thương hiệu, xây dựng danh mục sản phẩm theo chiến lược thương hiệu;
Định hướng thiết kế, xây dựng Moodboard theo mùa, campaign;
Triển khai ý tưởng, hoàn thiện quá trình phát triển mẫu, duyệt mẫu;
Đảm bảo chuẩn mực thẩm mỹ hình ảnh thương hiệu, phối hợp triển khai các ý tưởng truyền thông theo USP sản phẩm và tinh thần thương hiệu;
Tham gia quá trình sáng tạo hình ảnh, tư liệu truyền thông;
Đại diện thương hiệu trước truyền thông về phong cách thời trang;
Nghiên cứu và phân tích insight khách hàng mục tiêu.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành (ưu tiên ngành thiết kế, mỹ thuật, đồ hoạ, may mặc....);
Có ít nhất 3 nắm ở vị trí tương đương;
Có phong cách cá nhân, gu thẩm mỹ riêng, có kiến thức sâu về phối hợp màu sắc hay chất liệu vải, ứng viên PHẢI có kinh nghiệm về thời trang;
Kỹ năng huấn luyện, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm...

Nhanh nhẹn, tự tin, tư duy dịch vụ khách hàng xuất sắc;
Tinh thần tích cực, nhiệt huyết;
Sẵn sàng thích ứng, học hỏi và phát triển trong môi trường mới.
