MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
You make guests feel welcome by always warmly greeting them and engaging guests through meaningful interaction, while also knowing when to be discreet.
You personalize interactions within the service process, aiming to make each visit Water Sports as memorable and unique as possible.
Prepare activities for guests and ensure they are set up to meet the Regent standard as per procedures of all handicraft activitie.
Conduct activities, ensuring that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.

Actively promote information to guests about all activities/excursion in a professional manner in all areas of the resort.
Promote, sell, and upsell Activities to enhance guest experiences at every opportunity.
Check availability, noted booking for guest and informed to the people concern.
Maintains required inventory items relevant to your activities.
Provide assistance to guest using activities and facilities, and provide instruction regarding all related activity and facilities including safety and correct use of equipment.
Carry out specific activity programs as required.
Ensure safety standards are followed in each activities.
Handle customer complaints effectively or reports them to supervisor.
Provide assistance with other activities or events.

**Qualifications**: High school or above, prefer graduation from University of Physical Education and Sport lifeguard and first aid certificate needed.
**Experience**: Prefer have been working in 4 or 5 star resort
**Language**: Good communication in English
