**Job description**:

- We are a team of 15 that comes from different parts of the world, sharing the same goal of digitizing the F&B industry in an effective and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities**

**1. User Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive user research and create detailed personas.
- Understand and document user workflows and pain points.
- Understand, analyze, and provide feedback on business flows (specifically BRD).

**2. UI/UX Design**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design intuitive interfaces with a focus on ease of use and efficiency.
- Implement features like drag-and-drop tools, powerful search, and data visualization.

**3. Customer Experience (CX)**:

- Develop and implement CX strategies to ensure a seamless user journey.
- Customize user experiences based on role-specific needs.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment.
- Ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

**5. Usability Testing**:

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
- Iterate designs based on test results and evolving requirements.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Qualifications**

**1. Experience**:

- 2-3 years in UI/UX design, preferably with ERP or complex systems.
- Proven experience in CX design and strategy.

**2. Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to understand BRD and create wireframes and prototypes.
- Active in grasping domain knowledge to involve in designing the product and user flow.
- Experience with branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**3. Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with data visualization and responsive design.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of the business and F&B sectors.
