**Outline of Responsibilities**
- Assist IP Attorney and team on all trade mark prosecution (contentious and non-contentious matters).
- Prepare reports on filing, status, official notifications.
- Comprehensively conduct internet searches, translate legal documents;
- Full understanding of latest trade mark filing procedures and relevant laws and regulations
- Manage diary, and send the trade mark attorney timely reminders.
- Contact and communicate with local authorities when necessary.
- Manage and update internal IP database.
- Other duties as appropriately assigned.

**Technical Skills**
- Legal qualification (diploma or law degree) is preferred.
- Experience in IP law and practice is preferred.
- 2+ years’ legal experience in a law firm.
- Excellent English skills
- Detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Good legal analysis and research skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, power point and excel.
