**Responsibilities**:
**_Risk Appetites & Policies_**
- Develop and maintain policies to ensure consistency with the overall risk appetite of retail lending business;
- Support business growth and portfolio optimization through review and effective formulation of portfolio policies;
- Identify key gaps in policies vs. MAS requirement.
- Identify tightening measures to mitigate marginal segments.
- Contribute into the development of Risk Appetite Framework, RDF 2.0, Policies and Governance Framework in accordance with new TOM.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to localise Credit Policies, update Policy Book, and seek deviation approvals (where necessary) post merging with new portfolio.

**_MIS & Reporting_**
- Consolidate the data of existing lending book and purchased lending book to prepare necessary group reports.
- Identify gaps and enhance portfolio review reports.
- Organise monthly portfolio review session.
- Automate new or enhanced reports for merged portfolio.
- Analyse and prepare portfolio reports based on vintage, flowrate, co-incident/lagged, etc.
- Support MIS reporting for Retail Credit on monthly basis and ad-hoc reports when required.

**_Credit & Data Infrastructure_**
- Liaise with Bureau where necessary, assess bureau cost impact and required budget where relevant.
- Provide inputs for data migration issue & retail credit data store infrastructure.
- Understanding of portfolio management strategy in TRIAD and data infrastructure. Provide support to CPM Project and provide inputs for CPM BRD.

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant experience in Credit areas for more than 7 years, especially in Credit Approval/ Policy;
- Good understanding about credit risks and credit system;
- Exposures in MIS reporting is preferred;
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
