Docosan is a health tech startup transforming the way people access healthcare in emerging markets and beyond. Founded by Harvard graduates and healthcare experts, Docosan is now the fastest growing digital health platform in Vietnam. With our cloud-based doctor booking platform, user-friendly features such as telemedicine and 24/7 chat, and home delivery of medicine and other healthcare goods, our mission is to take the stress out of healthcare.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and improve high impact features for Docosan’s digital platforms. As an early stage but quickly growing startup, we value good systems design thinking and the ability to understand business objectives and make technical decisions accordingly.

**What you will do**:

- Understand Docosan’s multiple platforms and features and how they fit together, recommending and implementing systemic improvements
- Work as part of a small team to architect, build, and maintain high impact features for our web platform
- Help manage a team of junior to mid-level developers, continuously improving end-to-end design and engineering processes
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to understand business needs and build software solutions in a timely manner
- Integrate third-party APIs including Firebase, Google Maps, etc.
- Write unit and integration tests
- Work with project management tools including Jira, Google Drive, etc.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Required**:

- 4+ years of experience with Javascript or ReactJS on the front end and PHP on the backend
- Experience with ReactJS (bootstrap) and PHP (laravel) frameworks or willingness to learn
- Strong system design skills & experience in software architecting
- Strong server management skills a plus
- Prior experiences in ecommerce or management software is a plus
- Conversational English skills
