**The Opportunity**

As part of Vietnam's strategy, the Customer Experience Transformation is driven through the Business Transformation Office (BTO). After the successful launch and mobilization of the Value Streams, we are now embarking on an accelerated journey by supporting the Value Stream and related stakeholders with an Agile Coach to support faster adoption of our new ways of working.

An Agile Coach will be responsible for coaching multiple cross-functional agile teams and the whole Value Stream structure, internally and externally, working across business and technology under a Value Stream, key expectations will be:

- Developing coherent ways of working across teams and Value Stream levels
- Coaching all levels of the Value Stream towards agility mindsets and behaviors
- Focused on coaching towards measurable business and customer outcomes
- Capability building towards new ways of workings to enhance organizational Agile maturity

**Roles And Responsibilities**

To be successful in this role, an Agile Coach will need to have strong communication skills to coach and mentor teams and leaders on Agile values and principles. Some key responsibilities of an Agile Coach will include, but not be limited to:

- Not following a single approach towards coaching your teams using Lean and Agile methodologies and frameworks, while knowledge of frameworks is important, we appreciate each team can carry their own need of agile frameworks
- Ability to use a blend of Agile frameworks at a team and enterprise level such as Scrum, Kanban, SAfE, LeSS
- Building and coaching multiple teams across a range of Agile maturity from beginner to high performing
- Coach and train leadership, teams, and various Agile roles towards a value and outcome mindset
- Focus on Value Stream and team Agile maturity metrics which enable ongoing tracking and growth of teams operating in Agile
- Build an end-to-end customer and business value driving mindset and culture
- Drive engineering practices with “technical teams” using DevOps and Agile accelerators towards a continuous improvement mindset
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies/ events at Value Stream/ organization level
- Empower leadership teams in building, growing, and sustaining thriving Agile teams
- Facilitate workshops, boot-camps, training and sessions at team, Value Stream, and Organization level
- Ability to provide a solution-based approach to solving problems by re-framing the problem in human-centric ways, by creating many ideas in brainstorming sessions, and by adopting a hands-on approach in prototyping and testing.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- At least 4-6 years of experience leading Agile projects - tech or business projects
- Passionate and interested in drivers of digital disruption
- both from a customer and organizational perspective
- Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation
- Knowledge of technical engineering best practices, e.g., test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.
- Experience of coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices
- Strong collaborative problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas effectively
