- To set-up banquet rooms with furniture and equipment.
- Is responsible for completing any given tasks to standard as allocated by the Banquet Captain.
- Ensures that the Banquet department is clean and tidy at all times.
- To clean the service area, function rooms and other back-of-house banquet areas
