**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
We are looking for an experienced **Backend Developer** capable of taking over the architecture and advising on the technical direction of the platform, to achieve our business goals and to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. This is a great opportunity to join a startup and evolve within the company with a view to leading the tech and ultimately hiring and managing a team of developers.

As a **Backend Developer**, you should be comfortable around back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries and be a team player. If you’re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Write effective APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Write technical documentation

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science (preferred)
- **Min 3-5 years **of experience, ideally at a fast growing startup / growth stage company
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent knowledge with JavaScript frameworks such as **NodeJS** and **ExpressJS**:

- Familiarity with **MongoDB** and Microsoft SQL Server would be a plus
- Bonus skills (nice to have): Unity 3D, knowledge on WebRTC
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
