**Summary**:
**Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business)** is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in **Bac Ninh province**.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross-functional team of professionals to complete assigned projects or programs.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
- Act as the interface to integration, SBU functions or site team management, manage and direct a cross functional team consisting of multiple disciplines, manage and coordinate activities between departments to meet product development requirements, manage product design cost targets and long term strategy as set by Senior Management staff.
- Define, plan and manage project objective goals and milestone activities, simultaneously set priorities/direction for multiple programs in development.
- Generate/facilitate documentation per engineering procedures.
- Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or other related field, MBA degree is a plus

**Skills and competencies**:

- **Minimum 5 years** **of experience in project management** and experience in **metal stamping, plating, and coating processing**:

- Experience in managing business process development, planning and negotiations, excellent program time management skills.
- Exhibit understanding of the cross-functional relationships between inter-company groups and the expertise required for project or program completion.
- Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, drive for results, good communication skills and interpersonal
- Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Excel and Project.
- ** Proficient in both English and** **Chinese language** communication is a must
