**Role Overview**:
The UI/UX Designer role at techX is pivotal in shaping the user experience and interface of our product XData. This individual will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ideate, test, and refine early concepts, employing user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.

You will conduct user behavior research to understand the needs of specific user groups, such as Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Stakeholders, and simplify complex analytics workflows into intuitive, valuable designs. Additionally, the designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a design system and visual specifications to guide the development team, ensuring adherence to style standards and brand guidelines.

**About the UI/UX Designer.**

**Key Responsabilities**:
1. Ideation
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ideate and test early concepts with user flows/ sitemaps/ wireframes/ low-fidelity prototypes
- Research user behaviors. Understand a subset of our user base (Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Stakeholders)
- Distill the complexity of analytics workflows into simple, focused, and useful designs that bring value to our users
- Communicate your findings, recommendations, and design vision to internal teams

2. Design and Maintain Visual Specs
- Build and maintain design system and visual specs (pixel-perfect designs in Figma) to support internal team during development cycle
- Research and stay current with trends in UIUX and develop a unified set design rules
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, images, and brand guidelines

3. Quality Management
- Take part in usability test at the end of the delivery process
- Help identify room for improvement in existing features deployed

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Portfolio of refined design projects
- Team spirit and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Understanding of design approaches, technologies, and tools (including journey maps, interviews, personas, user flows, wires, prototypes, etc)
- You’re comfortable creating direction in ambiguous and evolving environments
- You have experience working closely with product management and dev teams to both discover and deliver solutions
