**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop & execute analytical approaches to properly track and improve key metrics in operations, supply chain, finance, project management, strategic sourcing, and quality departments
- Define & execute a data refresh process to ensure teams are working with timely data to suit their needs
- Understand business context & data elements of varying data sources
- Conduct data queries, mining, and consolidation for analysis
- Identify opportunities for optimization and lead process improvements in report/dashboard development & implementation
- Execute and support standard & ad-hoc analytic requests, providing accurate & timely data, analysis, and insightful interpretations
- Clearly communicate analysis findings, summarize results, and providing recommendations to varying levels of the organization
- Assist the teams in preparation for key milestones
- Monitor and report actual results against operational targets
- Drive work optimization through report automation and stakeholder education
- Leverage organizational learnings to guide continuous improvements in data governance
- Other duties as assigned

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION**:

- BS/BA degree in Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Operations Business, Supply Chain/Operations, Statistics, or similar field.
- 3-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Finance, IS, or related area
- Proven experience in data analysis
- Experience with SQL for use in handling preparation and processing of large datasets
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive insights & recommendations from data
- Strong skills with MS Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Showcase, SQL, PowerBI
- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and firm schedules.
- Ability to embrace a rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent Vietnamese and English both written and verbal.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Fast paced working environment
- 10% travel required (Domestic, ASEAN, and International)
- Work in Vinh Phuc.
