Maintenance Technician

Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of methods, practices and techniques of maintaining building and facilities. Typically requires high school education or equivalent or technical training and a minimum of four years of skilled maintenance experience. Frequently reports to a Repair & Maintenance Supervisor.
