Our proprietary Decision Science platform uses advanced data science and machine learning to identify homes that fit investor criteria and optimize portfolio management and performance at scale.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, building, supporting, and scaling distributed RESTful APIs
- Demonstrated extreme proficiency in Node.js
- Knowledge of source version control, specifically GitHub or GitLab
- Strong understanding of Software Architecture, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and following best practices
- Thorough understanding of the CI lifecycle, including QA best practices
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Proficiency in SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Redis
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud and infrastructural services
- Self-motivated, organized, customer-obsessed, with a high level of integrity and ethics
- Sufficient English communication skills (both verbal and written)

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience with TypeScript
- Demonstrated extreme proficiency in at least one other (than JavaScript) language (preferably Java/Kotlin or other JVM languages)
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL Databases
- Experience in asynchronous event processing in the microservice world (PubSub, Apache Kafka) or similar technologies
- Experience with studying abroad and/or working in global teams
