Iptech Intern

**Role Type**: Part-time or full-time

**Office location**: Hanoi

**Main responsibilities**:

- Conducting research on tech-related legal issues and regulations;
- Drafting and preparing legal arguments, comments, and analyses; and
- Translating documents into English or Vietnamese and vice versa.

**Key relationships**
- Practice Group Leader;
- IPTech Associates; and
- IPTech Executives

**Requirements**:
**General**
- Third
- and last-year law students from the Hanoi Law University, Vietnam National University, Foreign Trade University, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, and National Economic University.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas;
- Highly motivated, quick learner with close attention to detail;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to handle pressure and sensitive matters; and

**Technical**
- Strong understanding of Vietnam's legal framework;
- Knowledge of Vietnam's regulations and enforcement environment concerning the relevant practice areas; and
- Knowledge of or experience with new technologies and trends (e.g., artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital assets and virtual/augmented reality) is a plus.
