- Job description
- Nhận thông tin về khách hàng từ sếp người Nhật sale về
- Sau đó tiến hành lấy thông tin yêu cầu từ khách hàng, giới thiệu cho khách hàng các căn hộ và văn phòng phù hợp (thông tin về danh sách căn hộ, văn phòng đã có sẵn)
- Đưa khách đi xem căn hộ, văn phòng phù hợp
- Là cầu nối trung gian giữa khách Nhật và chủ nhà cho thuê BĐS
- Trực tiếp gặp và làm việc với chủ nhà cho thuê BĐS
- Hỗ trợ các trường hợp phát sinh sau khi khách sử dụng dịch vụ
- Thời gian đầu sẽ có sếp người Nhật hỗ trợ khi đi với khách hàng.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với người Nhật sẽ học hỏi được nhiều kinh nghiệm và có nhiều network trong công việc
- Địa điểm làm viêc: Quận 1, TPHCM

**Team structure**:

- Làm việc và báo cáo trực tiếp với sếp người Nhật
- Team gồm 5 bạn sale ở HCM và team ở Hà Nội
- Requirement
- Nữtuổi trở xuống
- Tiếng Nhật N2 trở lên, giao tiếp tốt
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp được với khách hàng nước ngoài
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm trong ngành BĐS, không tuyển ứng viên trong ngành BĐS
- Ứng viên đã có 1 năm làm cho công ty Nhật, ưu tiên các ngành dịch vụ.

- Đóng bảo hiểm Full lương
- Trợ cấp JLPT N2: 300K
- Phụ cấp 1000K cho ứng viên đã có chứng chỉ BĐS

**Phụ cấp tiền Xăng, ăn trưa**: >K tùy theo khoảng cách di chuyển từ nhà đến công ty
- Cấp điện thoại và sim trả sau
- 17 ngày phép năm: 12 ngày theo luật + 5 ngày nghỉ hè

Được thưởng triệu cho các dịp nghỉ lễ / /, /
- Giữa năm được thưởng thêm doanh thu từ tập đoàn (mức thưởng rất hấp dẫn)
- Thưởng Tết: tháng 13 + bonus
- Du lịch công ty mỗi năm một lần
- Đi lại gặp khách hàng, công ty sẽ có xe để hỗ trợ
