- Our BOT model provides a long-term solution for successfully delivering your product roadmap without outsourcing your software development. In just a few weeks, we can set up dedicated software development teams in Vietnam which will be steadily integrated in your organization and can eventually be fully transferred.
- Reporting to the Director of Engineering, your key responsibilities will be to direct a team of dedicated engineers of varied experience levels.
Enabling your team as an inspiring Technical Manager, co-create the technical vision, strategy and technical roadmap planning and product definition for your team, alongside your technical leads and product managers/product designer.

**Techie in you**:
- Mastery of Golang, Java or PHP would be highly advantageous
- Ability to identify the technical problems to be solved within the context of their respective team/project/squad
- Breaks down problems to impactful milestones and drive the execution, collaborating and aligning with their peers
- Can perform advanced debugging and profiling (performance optimization), both within the domain and across services
- SME for a discipline/domain. Broad holistic understanding of the overall architecture and underlying systems
- Proficient in database development, web development, windows development, source code control, configuration management and deployment
- Experience in Agile development environments
- Good verbal English communication skills, especially in the global software development environment

**Responsibilities**:
Work with stakeholders to provide technical solutions to problems or issues
-Act as a enabler, removing roadblocks to progress as needed
-Maintain high quality standards for yourself and software engineering practices of your team
-Work with team members to guide solutions towards business and technology goals
-Drive the continuous improvement of processes and ways of work to improve team capacity and capability
-Assist the team in a hands-on capacity as required, running agile ceremonies, helping people with self-organising skills, facilitating workshops

**Drive high performance**:

Bias towards value creation: guide the team to building innovative, elegant solutions by balancing trade-offs with the best interests of the company. Guide the team on important architectural and long-term engineering decisions, as well as shorter-term tradeoffs. Stay technical to provide meaningful guidance on engineering decisions.

- Lead the recruiting of new engineers within your team as we grow and build a world-class, sustainable and diverse engineering team.

- Own the Engineering Team Engagement score (quarterly measure of team engagement), by building upon our interactive, learning-oriented engineering community

**Technical Leadership**Become intimately familiar with our product, systems, and our tech stack to drive decisions about frameworks, architecture and decisions

- Drive adoption of best practices and best in class technology, design best practices, enforce principles of work

- Remove single point of failures by cross-skilling staff and making sensible, strategic resourcing decisions
