- Study and analyze competitor products and their selling strategies.
- Recommend and implement changes in marketing policies in selling own products or services.
- Provide daily support to the sales force.
- Study and analyze marketing trends for products.
- Create innovative ways to attract and capture customers.
- Resolve complex customer issues and needs.
- Assist in collecting payments.
- Build new customer base to enhance business opportunities
- Manage customer databases and update periodically.
- Ensure compliance of the company policies, procedures and standards.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
** Requirements:

- University degree in marketing, business administration is preferred;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, especially in electrical equipment, electrical products, construction field.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Language skills:

- Fluently in English.
- Communicate in Chinese or Korean is a plus.
- Others:

- Independently in working method.
- Have strong discipline and self reliance.
- Good customer services mind and interpersonal skill.
- Strong commitment and self motivation.
