**Job description**:
MealSuite is looking for a QA Automation Manager to join our development team on our mission to revolutionize the continuum of care through our all-in-one foodservice management technology.

As part of our Development team, your mission is to stay on top of the latest releases, contribute to projects, and deliver the best quality solutions for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans, including component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and technical architecture tests.
- Studies processes, documents the flow and identifies opportunities to automate, or eliminate steps leading to improved turn-around-time.
- Collaborate with business Leaders in conceptualizing new technology platforms, technical strategic decisions, products or solutions and own the technology development roadmap
- Maintains quality assurance staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job result.
- Delivers high quality products and ensure that best practices and sound Engineering principals are applied in all phases of the Software testing Life Cycle.
- Create and communicate an overall vision for quality within the company, setting goals and recommending organizational changes to achieve these goals.
- Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation and competent and right skilled resources for delivering test projects efficiently
- Conducts reviews of testing performed on projects and provide recommendations as required.
- Knowledge of QA and testing standards, methodologies, test automation tools and processes.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years of experience in test automation. At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a QA/Automation projects.
- Proven experience in using tools and frameworks such as: Cucumber, Appium, Selenium.
- Strong Java programming skills.
- Experience with performance and API testing.
- Experience in working with build tools such as Jenkins and/or other build tools to integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with external cloud testing solutions such as AWS device farm or BrowserStack.
- Working knowledge in Docker/Kubernetes.
- Plan and perform QA activities, such as quality metrics, process improvement.
