- Thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng, cải thiện hiệu suất của nhóm bán hàng qua điện thoại
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo, huấn luyện nhân viên, phát triển đội ngũ.
- Nghe các cuộc tư vấn của nhân viên bán hàng qua điện thoại hàng ngày để kiểm tra chéo chất lượng cuộc gọi, và huấn luyện cấp dưới cải thiện chất lượng cuộc gọi
- Đảm bảo các hoạt động của nhóm tuân thủ các chính sách, quy định và tiêu chuẩn của hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ
- Lưu trữ dữ liệu liên quan của khách hàng và hiệu suất bán hàng của nhân viên (doanh số hàng ngày) cho mục đích phân tích, báo cáo năng suất bán hàng
- Giám sát các hoạt động của đội ngũ kinh doanh bảo hiểm qua điện thoại để làm tăng, thu hút khách hàng mới và nâng cao hiệu quả bán hàng cũng như phát triển các sản phẩm và dịch vụ bảo hiểm theo đối tượng, mục tiêu và chiến lược của VPB FC
- Phối hợp kiểm soát chất lượng, tuân thủ quy trình thực hiện của nhóm nhân viên phụ trách
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tuyển dụng được đội ngũ 5-7 telesales khi nhận việc (yêu cầu bắt buộc)
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên;
- Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm, trong đó có ít nhất 6 tháng ở vị trí cấp quản lý;
- Am hiểu về sản phẩm tài chính, bảo hiểm;
- Giao tiếp tốt; làm việc với các phòng ban và cấp quản lý;
- Có kỹ năng tuyển dụng, quản lý đội nhóm, phân tích báo cáo;
- Thời gian làm việc: giờ hành chính từ sáng thứ 2 đến sáng thứ 7.
