**Job description**:

- 1.Lead the backend team to collaborate with other teams to complete the development and maintenance of the existing system with high quality.
- 2.Establish a results-oriented workflow and an open communication environment.
- 3.Understand business logic, analyze product requirements, and provide corresponding technical solutions.
- 4.Research emerging technologies, continuously optimize system architecture, and improve foundational services.
- 5.Guide the team and help with their growth.

**Your skills and experience**:

- 1.Solid foundation in computer science, familiar with common data structures and algorithms.
- 2.More than 5 years of practical project development experience with Golang, understanding of microservices architecture.
- 3.Familiar with cloud-native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- 4.Proficient in the use of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, familiar with database performance optimization and principles.
- 5.Familiar with message queue middleware, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
- 6.Experience in project development on distributed backend systems, familiar with microservices architecture, and familiar with at least one RPC framework.
- 7.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, proactive work attitude.
- 8.Excellent logical thinking ability, good at analyzing and solving problems.
- 9.Good communication skills with English.
