- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Advanced Network Solutions** plays a significant role in the transformation to the future vehicle electronic engineering architecture by providing vehicle computing, connection, identification, protection, simplification, operation, sensing and cybersecurity. Our product portfolio regards to implement product features in Automotive Electronic domain such as **_Body Control Module_**, **_Central Gateway, Braking and automated parking, Autonomous driving, Perfect Keyless_**_..._**_ _**from MCAL Layer, Basic SW to Application SW. As a (Senior) Project Manager for our projects, your mission could be simplified in some words:

- Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control and Closure) to ensure project goal and objective
- Project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management
- Ensure software development standards and practices are compliance with company processes.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Lead and motivate the team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring.
- Take part in talent selection process for the company as a technical interviewer, and take initiative in improving on reporting, processes, and workflow and customer outcomes.
- Actively participates as a leader in company to contribute to building up Bosch company culture

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of experience in Embedded Software Development, especially using C/C++
- Proven in-depth expertise in Project Management in Embedded areas
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in Micro-controllers and Micro processors
- Good communication skills in English (oral & written)
