Enabling Functions - Application Expert (Vietnam)_**

**_What You Should Do:_**
- _ Interface with other our IT teams as required to provide service availability as per KPIs_
- _ Manage vendors as required_
- _ Estimate the effort and setup project with proper documents and schedule as required_
- _ Manage the changes and deliver the product with user satisfaction_
- _ Summarize and communicate the progress of project and change requests_
- _ Effective reporting of project / change / task status to manager_

**_ Who You Are:_**
- _ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent_
- _ 3+ years experience in ERP support_
- _ 3+ years experience in BI Reporting (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Crystal report, Microsoft Power BI,etc.)_
- _ 3+ years experience in.NET development (VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#)_
- _ 3+ years experience in Microsoft SQL query, Store Procedure, Database Management and SQL Management Studio tool_
- _ 1+ years project management or coordination experience_
- _ Basic understanding of networking and server infrastructure: Windows Server, Microsoft SQL server, TCP/IP concept_
- _ Fluent spoken and written in English_
- _ Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills_
- _ Customer orientation and commitment to quality_
- _ Understanding of ITIL process would be advantage_
- _ Experience in AI, ChatBot, Python, Microsoft Solution: Outlook, Office365, Power Platform (Power Automate, _Power Apps), SharePoint,etc. would be advantage
