- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:
You will support to provide a service of foreign trade administration to logistics team in Germany
- Support Order creation in SAP system
- Export order status follow-up and coordination with tax department for release.
- Documentation of picking/packing slip
- Dispatch the order number to the requestor along with the printed picking/packing details
- Carry our monthly track and report for the number of orders by each department
- Evaluation of correct SAP-customer numbers
- Evaluation of correct HS-codes
- Support documentation for customs registration
- _ Supporting Time: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Vietnam time_

**Qualifications**:

- University degree (Economics/ BA/ Linguistics or related fields)
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- Proficient in English and German
- Good with Microsoft Office tools and communication skills, particularly Excel
- High sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with SAP system is a plus
- Knowledge of customs procedures is advantageous
