**The Role Responsibilities**
- Contribute to revenue streams for Bancassurance Products.
- Prepare MIS, reporting
- Support to design and drive revenue with establishment of new sales channels and models for product lines including but not limited Life and Non-life products.
- To understand the underlying markets and identify most appropriate product to broaden product offerings in satisfaction of customer needs.
- To maximize operation process and control efficiency by compiling and improving Product programs and product manuals.
- Develop and obtain approvals for new product programs.
- Review and improve sales process effectiveness and quality standard by establishing and monitoring the coherence to the procedures.
- To observe and comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements including subsequent and relevant changes.
- Develop and implement the design of product sales kit
- Support external client events and sales clinics by the delivery of presentation and training
- Work with Marketing team to develop and re-define product marketing materials

**Risk Management**
- Attentive towards product providers’ risk issues.

**Governance***
- To comply with their respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert of all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity.

- Lead the Bancassurance Product team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

- Support the Bancassurance department with reference to the overall Bank Strategy.
- Support new Bancassurance Product initiatives
- Prepare conduct market analysis and competitor’s research in identification of business opportunities to provide product solutions (both life and non-life) to grow customer base and revenue opportunities.

- Ensure Compliance discipline within all plans and execution process.
- Bachelor Degree
