Job Location : Hanoi - Vietnam

**Responsibilities**
- Perform teaching duties for employees and participate in the learning and development team.
- Be responsible for lesson planning, preparation, and assessment of employees, and attend certain other training/events as required by the company.
- Mark and provide appropriate feedback on employee skills
- Manage and track the performance of employees measuring this progress against key performance indicators in line with the curriculum
- Bring integrity and a strong work ethic to every situation, communicate clearly and think on their feet.
- Support recruitment team and company operations

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in teaching English for adults.
- Hold a Bachelor ‘s or higher from an accredited university
- Have a certificate of IELTS or TOEFL iBT or relevant
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Gmail,...) will be a plus.
- Hold strong confidence, and excellent communication, presentation and critical thinking skills.
- Passionate about language learning and interested in long-term career opportunities.
