Duties & Responsibilities:
Research, plan and create visual campaigns from shooting to editing that will elevate Diag’s brand and achieve campaign objectives
Film and capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including events, interviews, promotional materials, and more.
Set up and operate video cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and other necessary tools for video shoots.
Collaborate with clients, creative teams, or project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

Assist in planning and storyboarding video concepts to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
Edit and post-process video footage, including cutting, splicing, adding effects, graphics, and sound to produce polished final products.
Connect with people, build a community and tell impactful stories
Understand how to captivate and communicate with our target audience
Ensure video content aligns with the brand's style, message, and marketing objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, equipment advancements, and video editing software to continuously improve skills and techniques.
Proactively test new ideas and different messaging to find the secret recipe for success
Work alongside the marketing team to bring a vision to life, analyse creative performance and implement new ideas for improvement
Manage and organize video files and equipment to maintain an efficient workflow.
Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, delivering completed videos on schedule.
Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during video shoots or post-production processes.
Research to stay up-to-date with trends and successful creative strategies
Note: you will be tasked with a substantial amount of street photography/videography related work
**Requirements**:
A degree or diploma in film, media production, cinematography, or a related field is preferred
Ability to connect with people
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs
Excellent knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and post-production techniques.
Proven professional shooting experience
Understanding of cinematography principles, composition, and lighting techniques.
Proficient with traditional and modern equipment
