Hợp tác với các thành viên cấp cao hoặc người dẫn đầu bộ phận kiểm tra để đóng góp vào kế hoạch kiểm tra và phát triển chiến lược kiểm tra

Xem xét yêu cầu phần mềm và thông số kỹ thuật để hiểu phạm vi kiểm tra.

Tạo và tài liệu các trường hợp kiểm tra, xem xét yêu cầu phần mềm, thông số thiết kế và mục tiêu kiểm tra.

Đảm bảo các trường hợp kiểm tra bao gồm nhiều tình huống, bao gồm các tình huống tích cực, tiêu cực và tình huống biên.

Thực hiện độc lập các trường hợp kiểm tra cho ứng dụng web và di động.

Xác định, tài liệu và ưu tiên các lỗi và vấn đề được phát hiện trong quá trình kiểm tra.

Đóng góp vào quy trình theo dõi lỗi và làm việc cùng với đội phát triển để giải quyết một cách kịp thời.

Hỗ trợ trong việc phân tích nguyên nhân gốc để hiểu và giải quyết các lỗi.

Chuẩn bị báo cáo tổng kết kiểm tra toàn diện và tài liệu kết quả kiểm tra chi tiết.

Truyền đạt các kết quả một cách hiệu quả cho đội phát triển và hợp tác trong việc giải quyết vấn đề.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bằng cấp, chứng chỉ liên quan. Kiến thức mạnh về các phương pháp kiểm tra phần mềm, quy trình kiểm tra và các phương pháp tốt. Hiểu biết về các công cụ kiểm tra phổ biến thường được sử dụng cho kiểm tra ứng dụng web và di động.

Kinh nghiệm thực tế với các công cụ và kỹ thuật kiểm tra di động, bao gồm các công cụ như Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman, v.v.

Sự chú ý đến chi tiết, cam kết duy trì tiêu chuẩn chất lượng phần mềm cao và khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt để báo cáo vấn đề và hợp tác với các nhóm chức năng khác nhau.

Tiếng Anh tốt: đọc, viết. Có khả năng research về công nghệ. Kiến thức test API. Có kinh nghiệm test performance. Có kiến thức về UI/UX của web. Biết test game, nhiều thể loại game (có kinh nghiệm 1 năm trở lên).

Kinh nghiệm trong kiểm tra tự động là một lợi thế. Có chứng chỉ ISTQB hoặc kiểm tra khác là một lợi thế.
