BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

**Vision**:
Our goal is to fascinate our customers with the quality of our products (engine control units). To achieve that there are several quality tools and processes adapted for different roles and development areas. Furthermore, we focus on coaching the engineering departments regarding the latest and future quality standards, definition of processes and workflows in the organization and providing sufficient and conclusive quality metrics. Another important aspect is the execution of assessments and audits.

**Job Description**:
As a part Bosch group, our responsibility is to develop the Software for Engine Control Unit which is supplying for the world-wide OEM (Europe, Japan, Korea,...).

We are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for analyzing requirements from customer and manage development of same with support from development team. You will be the interface to customers and responsible for managing the project schedule and deliverables within defined Quality - Cost - Delivery.

- ** New European vehicle emissions standards - EU7 (new across the world)**:

- ** Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine (H2 ICE)**

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer requirements, clarify and document
- Issue development request to developers and track the progress
- Plan, Monitor and Control project schedule
- Interface with customers, manage open point list and stakeholders
- Develop team and give feedback to associates as per need

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Telecommunication)

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Embedded SW development using C/C++
- Knowledge of micro-controller and microprocessors
- SW Development lifecycle
- Project Management
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing big scale projects in a multi-national environment.
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience on ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO26262,...
- Experience on Product/SW Development following V-Model/Water-fall,...
