**AI ENGINEER - LLMs (Fresher/Junior)**:

- TMT là công ty tiên phong cung cấp giải pháp công nghệ SaaS tại Việt Nam. Với sự tin tưởng của hơn 5.000 khách hàng, TMT dẫn đầu trong việc ứng dụng công nghệ vào các lĩnh vực SME, E - commerce,... thông qua các sản phẩm phần mềm như: TPOS, TDental,nhằm giúp khách hàng quản lý và tối ưu hóa hoạt động kinh doanh._
- Hiện tại TMT đang tìm kiếm _**_vị trí 1 Nhân viên AI Engineer _**_tham gia trực tiếp vào _các dự án phát triển phần mềm cùng _đội ngũ Team AI cũng như _đội ngũ phát triển sản phẩm của TMT._

**_ Tổng quan công việc:_**- Phát triển, huấn luyện và tối ưu hóa các Mô hình Ngôn ngữ Lớn (LLMs) để ứng dụng trong các sản phẩm Chatbot phục vụ trong lĩnh vực tư vấn bán hàng cũng như cung cấp công cụ mở phát triển trên nền LLMs._- Ứng viên cần có nền tảng vững chắc về học máy, xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên (NLP) và học sâu, với trọng tâm là làm việc với các mô hình NLP như GPT, LLama, Mistral hoặc các kiến trúc dựa trên transformer khác._

**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Tham gia vào quá trình thu thập, xây dựng và xử lý bộ dữ liệu để huấn luyện các mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn.
- Phát triển, triển khai các mô hình ngôn ngữ để hiện thực chatbot agent, chăm sóc khách hàng, information extraction, sinh dữ liệu có cấu trúc (structured output),...
- Xây dựng và phát triển các hệ thống RAG bao gồm thu thập, xử lý dữ liệu, xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu và hệ thống truy vấn.
- Cung cấp dịch vụ LLMs

**YÊU CẦU**

1. Kiến thức chuyên môn
- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành Khoa học máy tính, Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có khả năng xử lý dữ liệu thô, tiền/hậu xử lý dữ liệu thu thập được từ các nguồn như Internet, dữ liệu tự sinh ra,...
- Nắm vững các kỹ thuật prompting
- Sử dụng tốt các LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini,...) cho việc tạo dữ liệu.
- Có kiến thức vững chắc và nắm rõ lý thuyết về Deep Learning trong lĩnh vực NLP: Transformers, Decoder-only Models, LLM (Llama, Mistral,)
- Sử dụng tốt các Frameworks như Pytorch, Tensorflow.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các thư viện dùng để huấn luyện mô hình như Transformers, Huggingface/trl, Peft, Datasets,
- Có hiểu biết về các phương pháp serve mô hình ngôn ngữ như vLLM, Triton Inference Server, TGI,...
- Có hiểu biết về LoRA, Qlora, FSDP, DeepSpeed

- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao với công việc, thái độ làm việc tích cực.
- Có khả năng làm việc theo đội, nhóm.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu và ứng dụng các tài liệu nghiên cứu chuyên ngành.

- Có khả năng xây dựng các mô hình NLP từ đầu là một lợi thế lớn.
- Có hiểu biết về các cách quantization để triển khai mô hình lớn với tài nguyên hạn chế.
- Có kiến thức về cơ sở dữ liệu vector (Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma,) và các mô hình trích xuất đặc trưng.
