Dự toán viên công trình đòi hỏi phải có kiến thức về quy trình xây dựng, có khả năng học hỏi các biện pháp thi công mới và khả năng chú ý đến chi tiết cao. Khả năng áp dụng tư duy phản biện và sự tự tin đặt câu hỏi để tránh sai lầm đều quan trọng vì vai trò này đòi hỏi kết quả đầu ra chất lượng cao.

**What You Will Do**:
**Responsibilities**
- Đọc và diễn giải các bản vẽ kiến trúc và kết cấu để thu thập thông tin cần thiết
- Đọc và diễn giải các thông số kỹ thuật kiến trúc và các tài liệu liên quan để thu thập thông tin cần thiết
- Dựa trên thông tin được cung cấp, cung cấp giá trị ước tính hoặc số lượng sản phẩm
- Kết quả công việc bao gồm Hóa đơn nguyên vật liệu, Đơn đặt hàng, Lệnh đặt hàng thay đổi, Báo giá bán hàng hoặc các yêu cầu cụ thể của khách hàng
- Xem xét các bản vẽ và tài liệu để tìm lỗi hoặc thiếu sót và đưa ra giải pháp
- Lưu giữ những hồ sơ có thông tin giá trị của công ty một cách chính xác
- Tham gia các cuộc họp với khách hàng để nhận phản hồi về các dự án
- Sửa đổi tài liệu theo các yêu cầu thay đổi của khách hàng
- Đảm bảo các công việc đã hoàn thành tuân thủ theo các hướng dẫn và thông số kỹ thuật của khách hàng
- Tham gia vào các dự án hoặc hoạt động cải tiến liên tục của công ty
- Phát triển kỹ năng tiếng Anh để góp phần vào việc cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng tốt

- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to gather required information
- Read and interpret architectural specifications and associated documents to gather required information
- Based on information provided, provide estimated values or quantities of products
- Outputs include Bills of Materials, Purchase Orders, Variation Orders, Sales Quotes, and other customer specific requirements
- Review drawings and documents for errors or deficiencies and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of valuable company information
- Participate in customer meetings to receive feedback on projects
- Modify files to adopt customer change requests
- Ensure completed work complies with customer instructions and specifications
- Participate in company continuous improvement projects or activities
- As part of delivering good customer service, develop your English skills
- Other reasonable duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực dự toán công trình
- Trình độ tiếng Anh (CEFR) A1 hoặc tương đương
- Kỹ năng đọc bản vẽ công trình
- Có kiến thức về các biện pháp thi công
- Có khả năng học các chương trình phần mềm mới
- Hiểu và có khả năng thể hiện dịch vụ khách hàng tốt
- University or College degree
- At least 3-year experience in Construction Estimating
- English level (CEFR) A1 or equivalent
- Construction plan reading
- Construction method knowledge
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Understand and be able to demonstrate good customer service
