Being a Senior Bridge Engineer at Amaris Consulting means being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing technical expertise to deliver cutting-edge infrastructure solutions while fostering innovation and collaboration.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- Gather and analyze project requirements from clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical teams.
- Track and document changes in project requirements, maintaining clear communication and ensuring updates are easily accessible.
- Facilitate meetings between clients and the development team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct verification and provide actionable feedback to the development team to ensure project alignment.
- Support the development team by providing real-time clarifications on requirements and addressing challenges.
- Bridge cultural differences and educate teams about client business practices to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Promote a strong team environment through effective communication and collaboration.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- **Education**: B.S., M.S., or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- **Language Proficiency**: Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 is mandatory.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JSP/Angular, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Processes and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Demonstrated logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- High level of responsibility and strong teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in the Energy domain is a plus.
