DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Hỗ trợ giám sát hàng hóa và các hoạt động của kho nhằm đảm bảo thời gian xuất và nhập hàng hóa
- Giám sát xuất, nhập, tồn của hàng hóa chính xác về số lượng, loại hàng, hình,
- Thực thi công tác kiểm kê theo định kỳ, đối chiếu và điều chỉnh dữ liệu tồn kho
- Chịu trách nhiệm hướng dẫn, đào tạo và quản lý đội ngũ lao động chính thức và thời vụ
- Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ: ngày, tuần, tháng và quý
- Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh theo yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp

**Requirements**:

- Hiểu biết về vận hành kho sọt hàng
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiêm ở vị trí tương đương là lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm về quản lý đội nhóm
- Nhanh nhẹn và có khả năng làm việc độc lập
- Có khả năng làm việc theo ca
